about the restaurant

The person behind the Green Marlin is Owner and Chef Lou Kolbauer, who is also known for the Chive Restaurant on Royal Palm Pointe. We first assumed from the name that the restaurant was primarily a seafood restaurant, however, we were pleasantly surprised many other choices from Pork Ribeye, to Stir Fry, Burgers, Reubens, Melts, and Tacos. chicken and baskets.

We held luncheons here in 2018 , 2020 and 2022. Each time we were well served and we heard favorable comments from the members that attended
