about the restaurant
The person behind the Green Marlin is Chef Lou Kolbauer,
who is also known for the Chive Restaurant on Royal Palm Pointe. We
first assumed from the name that the restaurant was primarily a seafood
restaurant, however, we were pleasantly surprised
to find an excellent burger menu, pasta dishes, beef,
chicken and baskets.
We held our February 2018 luncheon here and the comments
we heard were very favorable, our service was timely, efficient, and
courteous. so lets do it again. Dick and I both recommend the Seafood
Gumbo, we each had a cup and it was excellent.
